The Small Business Assessment package is for owners or general managers who want to improve ways of working, increase sales or introduce digital tools into their business. The small business package is only £250 and includes:
- Survey based assessment
- 1 hour observation of your business
- 1 hour follow up interview
- A written report with recommendations for your business
- Face to face or remote (travel expenses may be incurred)

If you need more than just recommendations, one of our consultants can work with you on a weekly basis. We provide an easy weekly billing process where you can control how much support you need and how much you spend. Our consultants can help you make software choices, build a social media presence, work with other companies to implement new software and trial other operational improvements.
