
I have a very specific superpower: I can walk into almost any business situation and immediately see what's actually blocking growth. Not the surface problem. The real one underneath it.
It took me a while to understand why. I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer and qualitative researcher by training. My brain doesn't process the world the way most people's do — it finds patterns in chaos, connects things that seem unrelated, and asks the question nobody else thought to ask. In high-stakes environments, that's not a quirk. It's an asset.
I've spent over twenty years putting that to work — first in academia and government across the US and UK, then in corporate organisations including Anaplan and NHS Business Services Authority, and since 2022 through Three Digital Consulting, working with clients including Anglo American, Lloyds Banking Group, Cabinet Office, NHS England, and Sky Betting & Gaming.
I work with a small number of firms at any one time. I'm not building a large consultancy. I'm building a practice where the thinking stays sharp and the relationships stay real.
