Alicia Crowther

Alicia has 20 years experience working with businesses ranging from startups to global companies, where she specialises in strategy and innovation. She's worked with teams in the US, Canada, Brazil, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa, Singapore, Japan, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. She is also a former university lecturer, and is very hands on and teaching in her client approach.   

She helps teams clarify their business model to align with current market forces and unlock opportunities for transformation and growth. She brings extensive experience influencing change through strategic thinking and innovation, data driven decision making, strong stakeholder engagement, customer first thinking and team leadership.

In 2022, Alicia learned she had ADHD. While surprising, it explained a lot about why she is OBSESSED with solving problems in unique and creative ways, and helping others to think outside the box instead of fearing change and disruption.
