Three Digital Consulting was founded in 2022 in response to the realisation that most consulting firms and agencies focus on development and delivery, and rarely take strategy or innovation into consideration when attempting to support struggling businesses.

While some companies try to get this right, with more of a focus on UX or Customer Experience, this is still only part of the battle.  In addition to getting things right for the customer, we have to get things right for the business too. Otherwise, we'd have a marketplace full of products that customers love, and businesses going bankrupt because they can't sustain the business model to keep the product alive.  

Enter Three Digital. We take a business design approach and look at the whole picture - from the customer (or employee) experience straight through to the value proposition and how we can create sustainable and value producing business models.
