How it works

01 — Conversation
A short initial call to understand where you are, what's in the way, and whether there's a fit. No obligation on either side.
02 — Engagement
Six-month minimum retainer. Two sessions per month, one quarterly written review, async access throughout. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
03 — Ongoing
Most engagements continue beyond six months. The work evolves as the business does. Renewal is a conversation, not a contract.


From £3000 / month + VATSix-month minimum commitment. Limited availability, We work with a small number of clients at any one time.Most founders are already spending money on the wrong problem. The retainer is not an additional cost. It is a reallocation.
