We see what's actually in the way.
A structured monthly engagement for established founders who know something needs to change — and want to find out what's actually in the way.
Most founders at this stage aren't held back by ambition or effort. They're held back by a model that was built for an earlier version of the business — and never updated. The constraint is rarely what it looks like from the inside. It's almost never a marketing problem or a sales problem. It's structural. And it doesn't get fixed by people who are too close to it to see it.The cost of leaving it unaddressed isn't neutral. It compounds.
B2B professional services firms in the North East and Scotland — founder-led or partner-led, typically between £500k and £5m turnover.Specifically, businesses that are established and capable, but whose model hasn't kept pace with the person running it. Revenue may be flat despite strong reputation. Margin is compressing even as the work grows. The referral network that built the business is aging, and the next chapter hasn't been designed yet.
Or: a growing firm where success has created its own pressure — more to manage, less time to think, and a growing awareness that the next version of the business needs to look different from the current one. These founders don't need more marketing or a new CRM. They need someone to ask the question that cuts through what they're already too close to see.If you've been solving the same problem for six months and something still isn't shifting — that's the conversation.

Six-month minimum retainer. Two sessions per month, one quarterly written review, async access throughout. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
03 — Ongoing
Most engagements continue beyond six months. The work evolves as the business does. Renewal is a conversation, not a contract.
