We'll work with you to challenge your ideas and put the plan into place to have your team implement them. The Advisory provides guidance at a fraction of the cost of a full time employee. The Embedded provides a flexible, cost effective and low risk method of filling leadership gaps. We'll help you focus on the right steps to get changes implemented quickly.

Three Digital Consulting is based in North East England and our services are largely remote. But, we love spending time face to face with clients - we are happy to do this as needed, which may result in additional charges for travel. We'll discuss this with you in your Introductory call.
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time employee could cost upwards of £50,000, plus benefits. It takes time to recruit, screen, hire and onboard that person too. Not to mention that your employee may not have the skills needed to implement real changes in your company.
It's too expensive and probably not necessary to have a consultant in your business full time. Our Plans allow you to be in control - you choose the level of support you need, the amount of weekly hours and the length of engagement. That way, you're only paying your consultant when you truly need it.
In general, consultants will help you learn creativity and innovation thinking skills, come up with ideas of how to make changes, and can either implement these changes for you, or support your staff to do so. You can discuss the types of support you need in your Introductory call.
As a general rule, consultants will not be providing day to day operational support for your business. This means attending day to day business meetings, dealing with customers, hiring or firing employees, etc. We are here to help you find ways to make the changes you need for growth.
