The Advisory Package is for organisations looking for strategic, not operational support, or you may not be quite ready to hire a full time role.  Often, organisations have challenges finding time for strategic work because of ongoing operational needs.  The Advisory provides strategic guidance at a fraction of the cost of a full time employee.  

• A few hours up to 3 days per week
• Shorter duration - ranging from 3 - 12 months
• Support scaled up or down as needed
• Advise on product and/or service, business model, operations, systems and processes - we work through the strategy, you work on the implementation
• Coaching executive teams

If you need on the ground leadership support for a more in depth program of work, the Embedded Package may be the right fit for you.  You may be looking to fill a gap between permanent leadership for roles such as Head of Innovation, Head of Growth, Head of Transformation/Strategy or Head of Customer Experience, or your team may be going through a transition period.  The Embedded provides a flexible, cost effective and low risk method of filling leadership gaps. 

• Full time support up to 5 days per week
• 6 - 18 months duration
• Combining strategic and operational support, including decision making, deliverables and people management
• Act as representative in customer and partner meetings
